Ryan & Lindsay at the 2018 UCCS Military Ball

PPC-AUSA is proud to congratulate University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) ROTC Cadet Ryan Arthur (shown below with his lovely Date, Lindsay Williams) for receiving an annual ROTC Scholarship, with an award of $500, from the Department of Military Science - Army ROTC in the College of Letters, Arts & Sciences for his recognized achievement and demonstrated leadership.

As an active member of our Chapter, Ryan volunteers some of his free time (when he can find it) to manage our Facebook site.  He also serves as Chapter liaison to the UCCS McCorb-Herbst Veterans Center on campus.

Ryan has served over seven years in the U.S. Army Reserve, and achieved the rank of Sergeant.  He completed Advance ROTC Camp at Fort Knox, KY this summer—another milestone in his quest to earn his commission as a 2nd Lieutenant—and is now into his Senior year at UCCS.   He's working on a B.A. in Philosophy - Justice and Global Society - with Minors in Political Economy and Military Science. He's interested in the relations between nations and economic development within developing countries. His dream is to someday work for the U.S. State Department.

We wish Ryan and Lindsay all the best!
